We use a Weinig Powermat 500 CNC Moulder system to produce your specific bespoke mouldings in any quantity, in the timber of your choice, efficiently and with a high quality finish.

From you instructions a profile is traced by Cadcam and a pattern is produced, this is placed onto the Profile Grinder and cutters are made to precisely calibrated dimensions.

The cutters are then measured with computer controlled accuracyready for the mouldings machine.

Once on the moulder the spindles are yet again positioned by computer to the finest tolerances and the machine is now ready to process the timber quickly and with incredible precision.

With a new generation of computer programmes our moulder can faithfully produce almost any profile of moulding, the set up times are far less than any previous system and the accuracy is phenomenal.
